For 30 years, Resinex has supplied navigational aids for infrastructure projects across Egypt, in a long-standing collaboration with Maritime Group, an Egyptian partner with three decades of shared project experience. The most recent chapter of this partnership spans the past three years, with a series of installations across the country’s commercial ports, naval infrastructure, and coastal leisure facilities.

The most recent installation took place in 2025 at Abu Tig Marina in El Gouna, on the Red Sea coast, where 10 buoys were deployed to support navigation within one of the region’s most prominent leisure marina facilities.

In 2024, two separate projects were completed: the first at Abu Qir Port, where 16 buoys were installed in collaboration with DEME Group on behalf of the Egyptian Naval Forces; the second at Damietta Port, where 14 elastic beacons with a 7-metre focal plane were supplied for deployment at a working depth of 18 metres.

This series of installations opened in 2023 with an 11-buoy deployment at Sokhna Port, carried out on behalf of the Red Sea Ports Authority.

Taken together, these projects speak to a consistent demand for reliable, low-maintenance navigational aids across Egypt’s commercial ports, naval infrastructure, and coastal leisure facilities — sustained by a partnership between Resinex and Maritime Group now spanning three decades.
